Cancellation And Refund Policy for ‘Papyrus Bookstore’
At ‘Papyrus Bookstore’, we strive to provide a pleasant shopping experience.
However, if you need
to cancel an order or request a refund, please review our policy below.
1. Order Cancellation
- Before Shipping: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as
possible. Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed and shipped. Once an
order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. It usually takes 1-2 business days to ship the
orders.
- How to Cancel: If the status of your order is Shipped and you want to cancel the
order then please reach out to us with order details on email us at

2. Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you
are not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a refund based on the following
conditions:
- Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are available for physical books that are defective,
damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or
exchange.
- Non-Refundable Items: Wrongly placed orders are not refundable.
- Return Condition: Items must be returned in new, unused condition within 15 days of
receiving your order. We cannot process refunds for items that show signs of use or damage
(unless defective). Shipping expenses will be adjusted in next order.
3. How to Request a Refund

return conditions. If eligible, we will issue your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will
be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping
charges are non-refundable, and you may be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless
the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item).
5. Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will be happy to exchange it for
the correct product, subject to availability. Please follow the same procedure for a refund and
let us know you would like to exchange the item.
