1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipping: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed and shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. It usually takes 1-2 business days to ship the orders.

2. Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a refund based on the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are available for physical books that are defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or exchange.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Wrongly placed orders are not refundable.
  • Return Condition: Items must be returned in new, unused condition within 15 days of receiving your order. We cannot process refunds for items that show signs of use or damage (unless defective). Shipping expenses will be adjusted in next order.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
